🌱 “I’ve stopped seeing problems as problems. Now I see in them a path to a masterpiece.”
I began studying the teachings of Geshe Michael Roach in 2017. At that time, it was just a first acquaintance — some lectures, phrases, texts, inspiration. And already in 2019, I deeply entered into systematic practice — these were the ACI (Asian Classics Institute – asianclassicsinstitute.org/18-aci-foundation-courses) courses, which he created to make ancient monastic knowledge accessible to everyone. These are 18 courses that monks actually study over many years to become a geshe. But they can be completed at home, at your own pace, online, and what convinced me — they are absolutely free. Simply so that you can touch this wisdom and start changing your life.
That’s how I started. Through one of the courses, I became an assistant, a chat moderator, started supporting other participants. And somehow, imperceptibly, this wisdom entered my life completely.
I began applying this knowledge in life — and everything started to change
Minor arguments with my husband disappeared. I stopped thinking that someone owed me something and started giving, serving, helping. I noticed how my behavior was changing: from hot-tempered, fiery, impulsive — I was becoming calm, gentle. I stopped being quarrelsome, stopped snapping at my child. I became calmer, kinder, more responsive. My husband, my son, my parents — they all started to notice it.
I improved my relationship with my husband. Now he looks at me with admiration — even our friends say that. He gives me cars, he’s proud of me. He is inspired by what I do. We understand each other instantly. I stopped arguing with my older son — and it was actually through him that I began this path: I felt that I myself needed transformation.
- I improved my relationship with my mother-in-law — now I call her “Mom.”
And she truly is like a second mother to me. Who can boast of that?
- I changed my relationship with my parents.
My father, who was never interested in practices, now does breathing exercises and has quit alcohol. I never pressured him. I just practiced — and the world around me changed.
- I myself haven’t drunk alcohol for 2.5 years. And it’s easy. My husband also quit on his own. Simply because the atmosphere at home changed.
- Together with my husband, we increased our income 3, 4, 5 times.
I paid off a debt of $18,000 in half a year — easily, without stress. Circumstances just began to align. This is not magic — this is karma. I clearly understand how I planted those seeds.
- I even moved to Canada, although I hadn’t directly set that as a goal. I just practiced: cleaning playgrounds, parks, camp areas, dedicating it to living in a clean, beautiful, safe space. And those seeds bore fruit. We moved as a whole family — and I realized how subtly the law of cause and effect works.
- I gave birth to a second child.
After a miscarriage and a long wait — I practiced, and a healthy, wonderful baby was born, who is now already 6 years old. I created this child for myself. And that became proof to me that the system works.

When the war in Ukraine began, I, like many, fell out of life for a month. It was paralyzing fear, pain, shock. But only thanks to practice, only thanks to the fact that my supervisors are also practitioners, only thanks to the support of the community, was I able to stand strong.
People even asked me in other countries: “How can you be so calm? Your country has been at war for two weeks!”. And I honestly replied: “I meditate. I have a foundation.”
If I hadn’t had this knowledge — I don’t know what kind of depression I might have ended up in. I knew where to draw strength. I knew I had to be strong for my family. I knew that all of this — was temporary.
“Even war is just the result of my past karma.”
This is not an excuse. This is not cold analysis. This is the key to getting out. Understanding the causes — this is what gives me freedom.
And it gives me hope: if I planted the seeds of this, I can plant the seeds of peace.

The teachings of Geshe Michael Roach are not a religion, not a philosophy, not a theory. It’s a system that gives practical tools for managing reality.
I no longer obsess over difficulties. I no longer live in self-criticism. I don’t fall into depression. Because now I know: everything I experience, I myself created. And I can change everything.
Now, when something “bad” happens — I understand that it’s simply the wrong seeds that have sprouted. And I know which ones to plant instead.
It’s not magic. It’s just understanding how the world works
💫 “I’ve found all the answers. I know how to fix any situation. And I want everyone to know this.”
I know cases where people beat cancer using this knowledge. Where they returned to life — to love, to health, to prosperity. Where they started earning x10, x20, even x30. Where they found themselves.
